SHIPPING & RETURNS
All products in Desherbants Glyphosate have a standard delivery time of between 24 and 72 hours. On some occasions the delivery time may be 1 week in some campaigns but it will always be indicated before the purchase process. In the case of orders that include multiple articles, it is possible that the delivery of the articles will be made in several deliveries, without giving the right to a claim by the buyer. The delivery period will be established from the latest delivery date.
Desherbants Glyphosate will inform you of the delivery time when you make your purchase and you can check the delivery status at any time, from the Orders section.
In the absence of the recipient of the shipment, the company in charge of the delivery will leave a notice with a telephone number, which the user must call to arrange a new delivery date.
The repeated absence of the recipient in successive delivery attempts may cause the package to be returned to Desherbants Glyphosate according to the general conditions of the transport company. In this case, the user must re-request the shipment to Desherbants Glyphosate.
The user, or the person who empowers to collect the shipment consigned to her name, is responsible for verifying that the package received corresponds to the order placed, and for making the appropriate claims within a maximum period of 14 business days from delivery.
If the package arrives open or is damaged in a way that affects the content, the user must complain to Desherbants Glyphosate within a maximum period of 24 hours from delivery.
Loss of shipments
In case of loss of the package attributable to the transport company, once this responsibility has been verified, users will have the right to request Desherbants Glyphosate a new shipment of the same characteristics, or a refund of the money.
Desherbants Glyphosate only ships to Spain (Peninsula).
Once the order is received, the user has the right to return it within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to the indicated address.
When the product is defective or does not correspond to the order made by the member, Desherbants Glyphosate will assume the return costs, including collection at the address indicated by the user, once the error is proven.
Once the purchase has been confirmed, no product changes will be accepted on the order. In case of wanting to make a product change, the user must cancel the shipment or, if it has already been sent, manage a return and place a new order.
The user will be able to manage a color change if the product allows it, if she wishes once she receives her shipment, within 14 calendar days assuming the costs of the new shipment from her home.
